    I loved this podcast! ! Can't believe this is the first comment! I just started this WOE in January as well. ...trying to heal my eczema,aND it has helped a lot so far! I totally agree with what you said about going into old age with as much muscle as possible...I've already seen improve mentioned in my muscke tone and mass.

    Keep posting stuff like this! It's so encouraging when you feel so alone in this way of eating. ...with everyone tElling me to at least eat vegetables! !
